It is Landsnet firm policy to minimize undesirable effects of its operations on the environment. The company prides itself on treating nature with dignity, on avoiding all unnecessary disturbances, and to take the environment into consideration, whether it is in preparing new projects, maintaining the transport system or tearing down old construction. Landsnet also emphasises collaboration with individuals and groups with a major stake or interest in the project, such as farmers, municipalities and, companies and organisations.

Through systematic control of its environmental affairs, Landsnet wishes to:

  • Minimise the company's effect on the environment

  • Keep abreast of environmental effects its operation might have and react when needed

  • To have an open and honest discussion and cooperation with the authorities, agencies and public in regards to environmental issues

  • Do its part in improving the community's eco footprints

Landsnet's policy and values reflect these emphases.
